Letter	Dear Secretary Salazar, Glacier National Park is one of America’s most beautiful places. People come to the park from all over the state, the nation and the world to hike and camp with their families, see wildlife like grizzly bears, bison and wolverines, and enjoy the views on the breathtaking Going-to-the-Sun Road. Unfortunately, this treasure is threatened by oil and gas drilling leases just outside its boundaries in the Flathead Valley. Drilling would destroy this stunning, unique landscape, pollute the Flathead River, and forever change visitors’ experience of the park. As you consider projects for the America’s Great Outdoors agenda, please make protecting Glacier National Park a priority by supporting Sens. Max Baucus and Jon Tester’s North Fork Watershed Protection Act, and do everything in your power to cancel existing oil and gas leases in the Flathead River Valley. Sincerely,
